GreenLine Technologies
Digital infrastructure
Digital infrastructure connecting Africa’s next chapter.
Founded in 2010, GreenLine Technologies is a U.S.-based telecommunications and digital infrastructure company with a commercial track record across 16 African markets. Its work spans connectivity, fiber networks, broadband, data centers and the infrastructure supporting digital services.
GreenLine built its foundation through equipment sales, systems integration and local channel development, generating more than US$10M in cumulative equipment sales. Its experience includes relationships with more than 20 manufacturers and serving multinational operators such as Orange and Airtel.
Today, GreenLine is advancing larger infrastructure development opportunities, combining international technology partnerships, local operating knowledge and government engagement.
Current development portfolio
A government partnership under development to modernize national telecommunications and digital infrastructure, encompassing fiber connectivity, a Tier III data center and digital identity services.
Current development portfolio
An expansion partnership with an established, revenue-generating Angolan technology and internet provider, covering fiber backbone, broadband access and data center infrastructure. The initiative is supported by a US$50M development finance expression of interest.

Qualia’s involvement
GreenLine is a core business within Qualia’s family investment interests. Our involvement combines capital support with founder-led strategy, commercial development, international partnerships and fundraising. Through GreenLine, we bring together the relationships, technology and execution required to advance complex infrastructure opportunities across underserved markets.
Energy investment
Angolan energy interest
An early-stage, indirect investment holding with exposure to an onshore oil and gas exploration block in Angola’s Kwanza Basin, located between the coast and Luanda.
The block covers roughly 1,000 square kilometres and is operated by an AIM-listed energy company that holds an 85% participating interest. Recent work includes new 2D seismic data, a completed geomechanical study and the appointment of an engineering contractor for well design, with a pre-salt exploration well currently targeted for 2027.
The asset is at exploration stage. No discovery has been declared and outcomes are uncertain.
